Little Wife, Little Mother

I think it might be easier to show you my announcement, rather than telling you, so here you go, our life changing (for the husbandman and I at least) announcement:

I'm 14 weeks along, and still very much on cloud nine. But we got to see the baby today, and it is suddenly so much more real to the both of us. To be able to see him (or her, we don't know yet) move and respond to pressure and bounce, and even "wave" was honestly one of the best moments of my live.

Congratulations! That is so very exciting! Have you thought about how you're going to have the little one yet?

ps I just got back from my honeymoon roadtrip, and I'm going to have a little photodump (tomorrow probably) of my baby goddaughter.

Oh wow! I feel really teary for you! In a good way. It doesn't seem so long ago that you sent a message saying things were a bit tough for you. I wonder if you were in the first throws of hormones and sickness that can come along with pregnancy.

As you know I have 3 little boys and so I know how much fun you have in store. Yes it's no picnic being a mother. It's actually surprisingly hard but Oh My Word it will be the thing you love the most ever. It's a weird combo really.

Hugest congrats to you and The Husbandman. Your delight pours off the screen and I feel so excited for you. Oh how I loved announcing my babies. It's thrilling.

Take good care of yourself and totally indulge yourself in all the things that are harder to do with a little one in tow. Enjoy today as well as wishing the time to fast forward.

Thank you so much for all the support! I cry at almost everything now, but this unexpected joy and excitement blew me out of the water, and searching for the tissues. Thank you!
